Text
Failure or refusal of any producer to file the report authorized in section 5 shall not invalidate any proceeding taken or marketing program issued hereunder. The secretary is authorized and directed to proceed upon the basis of reports received and such information as otherwise may be available. L.1971, c. 308, s. 6, eff. Sept. 2, 1971.
