New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
This chapter shall be so construed and interpreted as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law in those states which enact it. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:6-7, eff. May 1, 1982.
