§ 3B:26-1 — Definition of absent person

New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
As used in this chapter, an absent person means any person who has disappeared, or been confined or detained by a foreign power. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:26-1, eff. May 1, 1982.
