§ 3B:14-61 — Uniformity of interpretation

New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
The article shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform laws of those states which enact it. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-61, eff. May 1, 1982.
