§ 3B:14-16 — Commissions; apportionment
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Commissions on the administration of the estate, trust or fund shall be apportioned between the original fiduciary and the substituted fiduciary as the court shall direct. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-16, eff. May 1, 1982.
