§ 3B:14-43 — Adjudication binding on local fiduciary
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
An adjudication rendered in any jurisdiction in favor of or against any fiduciary of the estate is as binding on the local fiduciary upon notice to him as if he were a party to the adjudication. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-43, eff. May 1, 1982.
