§ 3B:14-34 — Determining issues of liability between estate and fiduciary

New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Issues of liability as between the estate and the fiduciary individually may be determined in a proceeding for accounting, surcharge or indemnification or other appropriate proceeding. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-34, eff. May 1, 1982.
