§ 3B:14-32 — Personal liability for obligations arising from ownership or control of estate; torts

New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
A fiduciary is individually liable for obligations arising from ownership or control of the estate or for torts committed in the course of administration of the estate only if he is personally at fault. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-32, eff. May 1, 1982.
