§ 3B:14-27 — When payment or delivery may not be made
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Payment or delivery under N.J.S. 3B:14-25 may not be made if a resident creditor of the estate has notified the debtor or the person having possession of the personal property that the debt should not be paid nor the property delivered to the domiciliary foreign fiduciary. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-27, eff. May 1, 1982.
