§ 3B:14-26 — Release upon payment or delivery in good faith
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Payment or delivery made in good faith under N.J.S. 3B:14-25 on the basis of the proof of authority and affidavit releases the debtor or person having possession of the personal property to the same extent as if payment or delivery had been made to a local fiduciary. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:14-26, eff. May 1, 1982.
