§ 3B:11-34 — Not subject to rule against perpetuities
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
A community trust shall not be subject to or held to be in violation of any principle of law against perpetuities or restraints on alienation or perpetual accumulations of trusts. L. 1985, c. 424, s. 16.
