§ 3B:11-14 — Power of courts or Attorney General not impaired by article
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Nothing in this article shall impair the power conferred by law upon the courts or the Attorney General of this State with respect to any trust subject to the provisions of this article. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:11-14, eff. May 1, 1982.
