Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no trustee may be compensated for services provided as a member of the board of a community trust. No fees or commissions shall be paid to these trustees; however, a trustee may be paid for necessary expenses incurred by the trustee and may receive indemnification as permitted under Title 15A of the New Jersey Statutes. L. 1985, c. 424, s. 7.
