§ 3B:11-23 — Nonprofit corporations
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
This act shall apply to every community trust established in this State after the effective date of this act. In addition to meeting the other requirements of the act, every board which administers a community trust shall incorporate as a nonprofit corporation in accordance with the provisions of Title 15A of the New Jersey Statutes. Except as otherwise provided herein, the provisions of Title 15A of the New Jersey Statutes shall apply to the community trust. L. 1985, c. 424, s. 5.
