Text

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon summary conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25.00 for the first offense and, in default of payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment for not more than five days; and for each subsequent violation shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $50.00 and, in default of such payment, shall undergo imprisonment for not more than 10 days. The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced and all penalties for the violation thereof shall be recovered in accordance with the provisions of "the penalty enforcement law" (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.), and in addition to the provisions and remedies therein contained, the following provisions and remedies shall be applicable in any proceeding brought for a viol
