18.The State Treasurer shall establish a receivable account for the sole purpose of defraying the expenses incurred for program implementation and administration of this act. The receivable account shall be relieved by monies deposited into the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Fund established pursuant to section 17 of this act. L.1995,c.157,s.18.
