Text
During the period designated by the director or any police officer who shall exhibit his badge or other sign of authority may stop any motor vehicle and require the owner or operator to display an official certificate of approval for the motor vehicle being operated. Amended by L. 1983, c. 403, s. 27, eff. Dec. 23, 1983.
