§ 39:8-41 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
1.Sections 1 through 18 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "Federal Clean Air Mandate Compliance Act." L.1995,c.112,s.1.
