Text
A licensee or his employee shall not perform initial inspections or reinspections and make repairs for compensation pursuant to this act unless qualified by the completion of training courses prescribed by the division, in cooperation with the Department of Environmental Protection, through regulations which establish standards for the training and certification of mechanics employed at private inspection centers. L. 1986, c. 22, s. 19, eff. June 2, 1986.
