Text
All reinspection centers licensed pursuant to P.L. 1975, c. 156 (C. 39:8-11 et seq.) shall be redesignated by virtue of this 1986 amendatory and supplementary act as private inspection centers with the authority to make initial motor vehicle inspections, reinspections and repairs to the extent and under the conditions permitted herein. All reinspection center licenses shall be renewed as if they were private inspection center licenses upon their expiration. L. 1986, c. 22, s. 17, eff. June 2, 1986.
