§ 39:8-23 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
The director may adopt such rules and regulations as may be required or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1975, c. 156, s. 15, eff. July 16, 1975.
