Text
The director may, subject to existing law, employ such persons and make such expenditures as are necessary to supervise the operation of licensed private inspection centers to insure compliance with the provisions of this act and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto. L. 1975, c. 156, s. 14, eff. July 16, 1975. Amended by L. 1986, c. 22, s. 15, eff. June 2, 1986.
