Text
Any person who shall display or cause or permit to be displayed any sign, mark, or advertisement as a private inspection center when a license has not been issued by the director or is not then in effect, or who shall transfer or attempt to transfer a private inspection center license is a disorderly person. L. 1975, c. 156, s. 13, eff. July 16, 1975. Amended by L. 1986, c. 22, s. 14, eff. June 2, 1986.
