§ 39:6A-19 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
The Commissioner of Insurance is hereby authorized and empowered to prescribe, adopt, promulgate, rescind and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations as may be required to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1972, c. 203, s. 9, eff. Dec. 26, 1972.
