§ 39:5D-12 — Executive head defined
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
As used in the compact, with reference to this State, the term "executive head" shall mean the Governor. L.1966, c. 73, s. 4.
