Text
This act provides an additional remedy and shall not be construed to supersede procedures provided under any other act, and shall not be deemed to supersede or alter the priority of any perfected lien or security interest on an abandoned motor vehicle, which lien or security interest shall have priority over the amounts due to the motor vehicle repair facility. L.1983, c. 455, s. 13.
