39:10-24. A person who purposely or knowingly violates a provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided herein shall be subject to the penalty provided in section 2 of P.L.2003, c.217 (C.2C:21-4.8). Amended 1946, c.136, s.20; 2003, c.217, s.1.
