Text
The commissioner shall retain a file of all certificates of ownership until the vehicles described therein shall be eight years old according to the year of manufacture stated in such certificate of ownership. Authority is hereby granted to the commissioner to destroy all other certificates of ownership. Amended by L.1946, c. 136, p. 629, s. 9.
