§ 39:6A-20 — Powers of commissioner of insurance
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
For the purpose of implementing and enforcing this act, the Commissioner of Insurance shall possess all of those general powers as enumerated in Title 17 of the Revised Statutes. L.1972, c. 203, s. 10, eff. Dec. 26, 1972.
