§ 39:6A-18 — Mandatory reduction of bodily injury insurance rates
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
Bodily injury insurance rates in effect on July 1, 1972 shall be reduced by at least 15% and shall become effective upon the effective date of this act. L.1972, c. 70, s. 18.
