§ 39:6A-17 — General repeal of inconsistent statutory provisions
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
All laws or parts of laws which are inconsistent with the provisions of this act are repealed and superseded to the extent of such inconsistency. L.1972, c. 70, s. 17.
