A.The director shall, on the record or abstract of every motor vehicle registered with him, which is subject to a security interest of which notice is required to be filed with him, make a notation of the existence of such security interest and shall index the same under the name of the owner of record of the vehicle, so long as the security interest remains unterminated of record.
B.Upon request from any person, the director shall issue a certificate showing names and addresses of the parties to any contract of conditional sale or chattel mortgage or other instrument, or to any financing statement, the name and address of the holder of the lien or liens under such contract, chattel mortgage or other instrument or of the secured party, the date thereof or of the financing statement, the
