§ 38A:23-9 — Department of Veterans Affairs commissioner authorized to receive federal funds, payments from members, family and friends, cost of care.

38A:23-9. The commissioner shall be authorized and empowered to accept and receive funds from the United States government or any agency thereof and to accept and receive payments from all members and their family, relatives, and friends towards the cost of care and treatment as provided in the rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
