§ 38A:23-5 — Entitlement to benefits, veterans' facility.

New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
38A:23-5. A person admitted to a veterans' facility shall be entitled to all of its benefits and be furnished with the clothing, subsistence, medical and surgical attendance necessary to promote the person’s health and welfare in accordance with the rules and regulations of the commissioner.
