§ 38A:2-1 — Governor to be commander-in-chief
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
The Governor, or other person administering the government, shall be the commander-in-chief of the militia of this State, except as to any part thereof called or ordered into Federal service. L.1963, c. 109.
