§ 38A:18-1 — "Emergency" defined
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
As used in this chapter the term "emergency" shall mean and include invasion or other hostile action, disaster, insurrection or imminent danger thereof. L.1963, c. 109.
