Any person who shall secrete, sell, dispose of, offer for sale, purchase, retain after demand made by an officer or in any manner pledge or pawn any arms, equipment or other military property issued by the United States or this State for use of the militia, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1963, c. 109.
