§ 38A:13-7 — Rehearing
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
Upon application of any claimant made within six months of the notification to such claimant or his attorney of the determination, the Adjutant General may reopen a claim and may appoint another board, as provided in 38A:13-4 to consider said claim. Such board shall make its report to the Adjutant General in the same manner as the original board and may use the testimony taken before the original board or take additional testimony. L.1963, c.
