2.It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell or offer for sale to raise funds dedicated to veterans' projects any poppy or poppies made up in any material forming a replica of the natural poppy except as hereinafter provided. L.1938,c.207,s.2; amended 2006, c.29, s.1.
