§ 38:23C-26 — Title of act

New Jersey·Title 38 MILITIA--SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES

This act shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the "New Jersey Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1979." L.1979, c. 317, s. 26, eff. Jan. 18, 1980.
