§ 38:17-5 — Payment of expense; tax levy
New Jersey·Title 38 MILITIA--SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES
The board of chosen freeholders of the several counties shall annually place in the tax levy a sum sufficient for the purposes aforesaid.
