Text
Interpreters and other employees for the permanent staff shall be appointed and employed by the commissioner subject to the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes. Temporary interpreters shall not be appointed pursuant to Title 11 of the Revised Statutes and they shall receive payment for their services on a per diem or such other basis as the commissioner determines to be appropriate. L.1971, c. 194, s. 3, eff. June 7, 1971.
