§ 34:9A-15 — Personnel; appointments
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The commissioner may appoint such professional, technical and clerical assistants and employees as may be necessary for the performance of his functions under this act. L.1945, c. 71, p. 356, s. 15.
