§ 34:9A-30 — Milk, food and meals; sales by concessionaires

Wherever milk, food or meals are prepared, served, furnished or offered for sale in a camp by the owner, operator or concessionaire, (a) The kitchen and dining rooms shall be separated from sleeping quarters and toilets. (b) The doors and windows of kitchens, dining rooms and mess halls shall be adequately screened against insects. (c) The kitchen and dining rooms shall be adequately equipped for the preparation and serving of food. (d) Walls, floors and ceilings of kitchen and dining rooms shall be so constructed as to permit them to be readily cleaned and they shall be kept clean and in good repair. (e) Adequate provisions shall be made for sanitary storage, handling, and protection of food and milk supplies until served or used. (f) Adequate facilities, including a plentiful supply of hot water for washing of dishes and utensils, shall be provided; dishes and utensils shall be washed, cleansed and effectively disinfected promptly after each use.
