12.
a.The director shall have the authority to deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew any certification issued under section 8 of P.L.2023, c.10 (C.34:8D-8).
b.The director shall notify a temporary help service firm in writing by mail of the denial, suspension of, revocation of, or refusal to renew the certification and the reason for the denial, suspension of, revocation, or refusal. The Division of Consumer Affairs shall update the list of temporary help service firms certified to make designated classification placements on its website to reflect any denial, suspension, revocation or refusal to renew the certification of a temporary help service firm.
