§ 34:6A-5 — Protective devices or safeguards; rendering ineffective
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
No person shall render ineffective any employee protective devices or safeguards installed or provided in compliance with the provisions of this act for the protection of the health or safety of any employee. L.1965, c. 154, s. 5.
