§ 34:6A-22 — Exemptions.

New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION

22. This act is not intended to apply and shall not apply to the following:

(a)Places of employment under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Government with respect to the health and safety of employees;
(b)Places of employment subject to the provisions of the Mine Safety Act, P.L.1954, c.197;
(c)Employment and places of employment subject to the provisions of the Construction Safety Act, P.L.1962, c.45;
(d)(Deleted by amendment, P.L.2023, c.262) (e) Transportation equipment coming under the jurisdiction of the Interstate Commerce Commission, Federal Aviation Administration, or of the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles;
(f)(Deleted by amendment, P.L.2023, c.262) (g) Schools, colleges and universities;
(h)Places of employment with fewer than four employees, except places of
