8.Information obtained or collected by the department pursuant to this act shall be exempt from P.L.1963, c.73 (C.47:1A-1 et seq.), and shall be used exclusively by the apparel industry unit in effectuating the purposes of this act. L.1987,c.458,s.8; amended 1991,c.189,s.10.
