Text
The Commissioner of Labor and Industry shall have the authority to determine the adequacy of the said facilities and may order the furnishing and maintaining of adequate facilities of the kind prescribed by this act and fix the time, which shall not exceed 6 months, within which such facilities shall be provided. The Commissioner of Labor and Industry may prescribe rules and regulations to administer and effectuate the purposes of this act. Such rules and regulations shall have the force and effect of law and shall be enforced in the same manner. L.1966, c. 112, s. 3.
