Text
The commissioner shall have the power to institute a civil action in the Superior Court for injunctive relief, and such court shall have the power to restrain any employer from violating any of the provisions of this act. The court may proceed in the action in a summary manner or otherwise. L.1941, c. 308, p. 841, s.
